I applied online and got a call back a little more than a week later asking to come in for an interview. The interview was a week after the call. The interview process was very awesome! It was a group interview with me and another guy. The manager was very chill and easy to talk to. She laid out the details of the position and the requirements before asking the interview questions. I got a call 4 days later asking to be a part of the team! In all, the hiring and interview process was very smooth and easy!
