Applied for the position of Operations Manager at a local RAF base. Met 90% of the criteria and experience wanted for the role. Unfortunately, I did not make it through the paper sift. I received an email to say I'd been unsuccessful which was disappointing but appreciated being made aware. However, I requested feedback on where my application had fallen short as this would have been helpful to know where pmy skill set was deemed to be lacking for future opportunities. Sadly, the email correspondence was from a no reply email address. I found this to be very unhelpful.

initial phone call with an agency recruiter whos runs through your experience and role responsibilities, you do in in-office numeracy test that includes number sequence type questions (you do not need to get them all correct to pass), followed by a face to face interview with a hiring manager where they ask you about your competency and your knowledge about what vivo does
