The Assessment Centre process was very straightforward and everyone there was extremely accommodating. They started off by giving you a task that you worked through with a group and then you were interviewed.

Entretien
A 9am-2pm day on microsoft teams, meeting different people working at Unilever and having informal interviews. Included a business proposal 'meeting' with other applicants for which we had to prepare beforehand.

Entretien
This was the final stage of the process. It incorporated 3 separate exercises. Competency based interview, case study exercise and group exercise. The group exercise and the case study exercise were based on a fictional FMCG company
