HR was not transparent during the entire process and it would be better if HR could update candidates on the role instead of ghosting them. Having had to constantly chase HR for an update without any response and for them to finally respond at the end just to say that I've been rejected was an arduous process. Secondly, when I asked for feedback, the HR did not respond.

It was a positive and professional experience with a lot of assistant from the HR team. There are 4 rounds: CV screening, phone call with HR, face to face interview with line manager, face to face interview with higher-level management (supposed). However, the third round will already require you to solve a case study, so it will be quite time consuming if it turns out that your expectation and the team don’t match.

Friendly team, very communicative throughout process. Great experience. Basic interview questions - behavioural, discussing past experiences, genuinely wanting to know you as a person. Appreciate the process not going past 3 interviews as some other CPG companies see upwards of 5 interviews.
I attended a campus placement process for Internship. It entailed filling out a questionnaire, after which I received a shortlist. Then there was an Interview round.
At the end of the Internship, I attended a Pre-placement Interview for a permanent role.
