I applied online. There were 2 rounds of virtual interviews, one with the R&D Director and another with a lead technician. After two weeks received no response despite following up.

It's a very simple interview process. You get contacted by a recruiter for an initial interview. Then, you get contacted by the manager and if you get it, the recruiter will contact you.
