After applying there were multiple games that you had to go through. They were all cognitive assessments. After that, they asked for a hirevue. The Hirevue was very difficult! All technical and very well thought out situations/technical questions. Be prepared or you won’t move on. They took over 4 months until they finally got back to me and they sent me a rejection

I completed an online assessment which had questions to understand my alignment with the company culture, values and personality. It continued with some numerical and verbal questions. Overall the test difficulty was average and there are a lot of videos on youtube if you want to take a look at the questions, I believe they ask the same ones.
The interview process is very long as there are multiple rounds to choose a few applicants out of >1000 applicants each year: CV => Screening Test => Digital Interview (Assessment center + 1-1 interview) => Assessment Center => Final Interview
The process was very long and it's understandable for an MNC with thousands of applications
