The interview was conducted in the campus. There was one round of group discussion conducted between 6 candidates. They selected candidates were interviewed by middle management people. The final round was done by senior managers. All the round s were eliminating rounds for the process. The final interview panel had three members. 1 category head, 1 hr head

Very pleasant bunch, nice office and fairly good HR communication from the start. Got interviewed by a person working in the same area I have applied for (responsible for overseeing sales operations in a different area), a HR person and a couple of others that I didn't really remember. Sadly, given my complete lack of experience on the subject, I doubt that I will get offered a position. But it was worth a try.

the process involved 3 round of interviews and a final discussion. First round was with HR, second round with the Cluster head of the geography where in i had applied and third round was with GM sales for region and consumer product head.
