4-step process:
(1) Online application
(2) Pyometrics online games/personality assessment.
(3) One-way video interview, if you pass Pyometrics screening. This one-way video consists of 4 case studies accompanied with questions (3 short ones, 1 longer one).
(4) On-site “Discovery Center” Day. My group had around 12 people. All-expenses paid trip. The day consisted of introductions, a short 2-person activity, a longer 3-person case study/presentation, tour of HQ and lunch, and finished with 2 separate one-on-one interviews.

Entretien
Friendly interviewer with a group project as the main interview, and the individual interviews follow. It certainly takes a long time and it is tiring, but the process is interesting.
Online assessments, then a super day with group case, 2 30-minute interviews, and a group interview. Recruiter was unresponsive and did not ever update despite saying otherwise. Be personable but not too assertive, they want team players, not bulldozers.

Entretien
I didnt do the pre recorded interview, but got selected to do a case study presentation with a group of applicants and present it in front of managers and after that I had 2 interviews with some managers, this whole process was online and took about 4 hours
