Entretien
I applied on line which took a considerable amount of time since i needed to answer to 5 aptitude questions. Then i was asked for a numerical and verbal reasoning test. Afterwards, i was called for a telephone interview. The recruiter was very helpful and made me feel comfortable from the start.

Question 1
The telephone interview lasted 70 minutes. At first, she asked me 5 questions, one for each value as described in their website. All questions were predictable. Then, she started asking me about the program, the function, and the company. At the end, she asked me to answer a question about my leadership skills since the program was about future leaders.

Entretien
After participating in the fourth round of the application procedure. I never heard anything back. I was really excited about the program they offer and had spent much time preparing for the different application round. I believe It is only appropriate to let the applicants know about their status in the application process. I felt as if you are yet another number in the process.

I submitted my CV, then played two games and continued with an interview (by scenarios). Still waiting for a response from them to see if I made it to the next phase
