Applied online, then about a week later was offered a telephone interview. Had the telephone competency based interview, questions were typical of these types of interviews and they sent information about the types of competencies they would be testing prior to the interview. Then was invited to an assessment centre. Attended assessment centre which involved a data based case study task, a second competency based interview and a group discussion task

What has been your worst experience of customer service?
The interview process consisted of applying online then onto a 30 minute telephone interview, mainly consisting of typical interview questions and placement specific questions. The interviewer was polite and kind but formal. Make sure you have done background research of the company beforehand as it relates to the questions asked.
