Entretien
I applied online and got an interview call, first there was shortlisting by HR and then main interview with line manager was arranged. Line manager interview was technical, firstly they verified my resume and then they started to chexk my knowledge on JD of new job.
Pretty easy, had just one interview with my manager and another manager. They reached out to me after 2 weeks. HR process was long as you have to take a medical test, background test and then you are good to go

Usually scenario based interview. I also heard they do panel interview meaning all hiring managers and HR join but mine was scenario based questions. For example: what would you if you need to meed the deadline ? How do you handle if you think that there will be delay ?

How do you handle if you think that there will be delay in your project ?
It was a straightforward group interview with all the internal customers of the role.
Questions are role-specific. There was also a group discussion/role play where you are assessed for team work.
Second interview was more of a chat with the Supply Chain Director.
