Phone interview lady was sooooo friendly, even if you are nervous by the end you won't be as its so relaxed, Prepare as much as you can as the questions are simple, also try and insert all the things you learn with your examples as there wont be a question allowing you to just state all the things you know so you need to work it in. Be yourself and use the STAR format and you will be fine. Good luck!!

Had an online video interview, not face to face, before going to the assessment centre where we had to prepare a business plan which Unilever could implement, which was focused on sustainability. After presenting and being question on our idea, the group reformed and we had to discuss who's idea we thought was best to choose. Having picked the the one we considered most suitable, we were split into small groups where we had to discuss the marketing, manufacturing and strategy of the product. Finally we ended with a very basic interview.

I have applied online then got a phone interview. This one was the hardest interview I've had so far! The lady seemed nice but the interview is more of a test than interview. Nothing was asked about me, they only want to know why they are "the best". As most people mentioned before, interviewers really do try to pull out more of your answer and it is quite frustrating. Felt if I was talking to myself due to the interviewer taking notes only. I was not asked if I got any questions in the end. Was supposed to be 30min but lasted only 20. Overall, not pleasant experience! Kind of glad I did not get through.
