Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Unilever (Trumbull, CT) en oct. 2011
Entretien
Unilver scouted for prospects at University Career Fair. I received a phone call that day at 5pm to schedule an interview for the next afternoon. There were two interviewers and they monitored my behavior in the waiting room with other job seekers. I was asked a few scenario questions and overall the interview took 35 min from start to finish. I was offered the position within 48 hours informally, & formally within the week.

Question 1
What was your most challenging task at your previous job, and how did you handle it?
Describe what you would do if a Unilever customer such as Walmart was out of a product? Walk us through your thought process to discover why / where the problem is?
The process included an online application, followed by aptitude and personality assessments. Shortlisted candidates were invited for interviews, which focused on behavioral and situational questions. The final stage involved a panel interview or assessment center. The process was structured and focused on evaluating both skills and cultural fit.
One round online interview. Theoretical and scenario-based ML questions were asked. The interviewer was very friendly and comfortable. Projects were also asked to explain. Nice experience. There was no coding round.
Received an online assessment offer. No response afterwards for 6 days. Status is just application received. Assessment consisted of verbal, numerical and behavioral questions. They provided a feedback on what you can improve on but other than that no response so far so I just want to know other people’s experiences!
