It was very direct and friendly by the HR and the manager. Asked the basic questions such as why do I choose Unilever or tell me about yourself. As my recall, there was no case interview at that time.

It was good, they asked me relevant questions with relevant experiences. They asked me to share my previous club experiences and HR internships as I was interested to work in HR. But it is sad they don't offer anyone for fulltime. I think they should disclose about how they won't hire any interns.

FGD with 4-6 people, verbal presentation, and then the selected candidate would be interviewed in the same day by the user. Focusing on previous experience + potential development and importantly the degree of alignement with the project
