After applying online, they called me to schedule a phone interview. Once I had the phone interview, they called me a couple weeks later and told me they would like to offer me the position.

It was a group interview and it took like an hour since it was around 8-10 people but very few questions were asked. I got an offer later that day and started working pretty soon.

"Tell me about yourself", your work experience, why Ulta and a scenario question
They briefly go over your resume and ask for your availability. They're usually looking for employees with full to almost full availability around the holiday season. Overall, it wasn't too difficult. Maybe mention your interests in cosmetics.

There were 5 of us in a room & they did like a "round robin" interview. Asking a question & then wanting everyone to respond. I was not impressed. What ever happened to a one on one interview?
