I applied to ULTA Beauty online through their careers website. A couple weeks later I received a phone call asking to come in for an interview. When I came in for the interview they took me to the small office in the back and I had a one-on-one interview with the general manager. She asked me a few questions and then hired me on the spot. (FYI: I went with my makeup and hair done, and wearing all black like other interviewees suggested.)

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
