Their interview process is two parts, both group interviews. The first interview is to make sure you know and understand the position you’re applying for, and if they like you they’ll call you back for the second round. The second round is more in-depth to try and get to know you.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
