My interview was one-on-one and felt like I was having a normal conversation. Environment was relaxed and did not have the typical 'pressures' of having a strict/extremely formal interview. Was asked questions about certain points on resume, but the interview was pretty simple and focused on situational/scenario-based questions.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
