Applied online and got a call about the job. Arranged interview and met with store manager and assistant manager. Very straightforward, asked about experience, what I liked about retail, my short and long term goals etc. They explained a little about the company and what they expected of their staff. It was a pretty average interview, the ladies were lovely and friendly and it was very relaxed.

Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
