I applied online and a few days later, I called in and asked to speak to the salon manager. During that call, we scheduled an in-person interview for the following week. She asked about my experience as a hair stylist, what my favorite things to do as far as services go, about my current clientele, and about a problem I came across during a service and how I handled it. The in-person interview went great and she asked me to continue to the next step which was a technical interview where I bring in one model and complete a partial highlight, all over color, and cut; along with a short quiz on color theory and sanitation. She gave me 3 hours to complete the technical. This also went great! Upon completion, I was offered the job on the spot and have been working there ever since!

The manager was late for the interview. Didn't acknowledge me when she came in knowing she had an interview with me. Never apologized for being late or making me wait. She was very unprofessional and condescending.
