I applied online. Didn't hear back from
them for a week- so I called. GM said there was an interview this upcoming Friday and asked me to join. ( it was indeed a group interview). I didn't think the interview was awkward at all, very comfortable. 6 other girls there. Questions were easy, and we were all asked individually. It lasted about an hour. I left the interview feeling pretty good, but never heard back from them..

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
