For this interview process, I started out doing a typical screening interview where they ask you about your experiences, what you know about the company, etc... After the screening interview, you have an interview with the hiring manager. If you make it to the final round, you have another interview with the hiring manager and usually the director of sales. During that final interview, you have to do a mock pitch. They will give you a prompt for the mock pitch

Entretien
I interviewed with the Uber Eats team, and the recruiters were very friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. My next interview was with the Hiring Manager, and I had a great conversation learning more about the role and discussing how my skills and experience could be a strong benefit to the team.
Overall, it was a great interview experience. However, I was not selected to move forward, and the feedback I received was that I did not answer the situational questions using the STAR method. I found this a bit confusing because, from my understanding, the Hiring Manager did not ask any behavioral or situational scenario-based questions during the interview.
That said, I still appreciate the opportunity and the positive experience throughout the process.

Entretien
Had a first round call with their hr, they went through the role and expectations that they had for their ideal candidate, told me they will follow up with details on the next step then I never heard from them after the call.
Easy Process, challenging questions and case study but interviewers were friendly and very patient! They provided with all the materials needed . The communication was inconsistent so had to follow up a few times
