After submitting my application, a recruiter reached out over email a few weeks later and asked me to complete ~3 hours of technical work, and email them back my results. As a senior consultant, I don't typically do several hours of free work without even a phone call, but it's UNICEF, so I agreed. A week later, I was notified over email that I passed the technical interview, and went on to a soft-skills assessment, which was a 50 minute phone call. The questions were scenario based. It's been months, and I never heard back.
