easy. The panel was friendly. I felt though, that I was being unprepared. 4 people were on the panel all from different sections. All took turns to ask why I wanted the job
For both the staff and unv positions, i applied for the interviews were competency based focusing on examples of work experience. The questions seem easy but the interviewers are looking details and achievements

I applied with the cover letter and resume. A week later, I received a call requesting a phone interview. On the day of the interview, I was asked background and skill based questions by two hiring individuals.
