Three interviewers. Very nice interviews. Calm atmosphere. The questions were general and competency-based - such as how did manage conflicts in your previous workplace and tell us about a successful project you were a part of and what was your contribution.

I received a written test. They gave me 90 minutes. There were two main questions and following questions. It wasn't so hard. But the time is limitted. So you must already know the answers. The main porpuse is to measure your field experience. The questions are not related code of conducts rules. I have not received an invitation for competency-based interview yet, but I think I'll.
