I emailed my resume to the HR department and received a reply scheduling a phone interview. The phone interview was extremely casual, mostly like a conversation. Questions were extremely basic as well, nothing unexpected.
It was a written test that took place as part of a 45-minute interview process, during which I had to answer a series of basic questions in both French and English, all scheduled and completed on the same day.

Dura all'incirca 30 min. L'importante è spiegare perchè si vuole lavorare lì e poi verranno fatte delle domande per testare le tue competenze (per esempio client orientation: ti è mai capitato di non poter soddisfare completamente le richieste di un tuo cliente? Come ti sei comportata?)

I received an e-mail and was invited to an online interview. They suggested a time and date. The panel consisted of 4 people. They started with competency-based questions and then moved to more specific questions.
