They did an initial phone interview with HR, then with a team manager of Customer Success, then in person interview with their Senior Manager.
Everything went well and they said they would get back to me the next day. I never heard anything for a week, so I sent a follow-up email and I still haven't gotten a response. They are very amateur in their interview process and the interview was a breeze. Not a lot of professionalism in their communication. I would stay away.

Was contacted by their recruiter, spoke with hiring manager two people from the team and had to do a short presentation so show my skill set. Overall process took about a month because of the 3 interviews in total. I thought it was a thoughtful way to vet someone into their team and I enjoyed the process!

Recruiter left a message to talk about the position I applied for - I immediately returned the call back but never heard back. Almost at the same time the recruiter called, I received an email for my availability to talk to the hiring manager. I sent over dates/times but never got a response. I also followed up with a separate email, again no response.
For a company that prides itself on community reviews - the number of negative experiences is telling. Their recruiting is a joke and a waste of time.
