Hey, Trustie! We’re grateful for the review, but even more pleased that you’re loving your time with us so far. One thing is for sure: we’re not perfect, we are growing, and having to adapt and mature fast. That's why we are addressing some of these cons in our People Plan and more particularly in building a strong foundation in Rewards as well as putting focus on the well-being of our Trusties. Regarding working hours, I can only encourage you to reach out to your manager and discuss with her/him how to balance this better for you.
