You go in, you answer very basic interview questions, and they hire you as long as you don't have any major hiccups in your background check or something. They hire pretty much everyone who applies. I totally flubbed one of the questions they asked and they hired me. The hiring process length depends on when you apply in relation to when they're next hiring class takes place. Some people interviewed and were put into training 2 days later. I had to wait about a month until the next training class started. They also do a basic EMT skills written test that is about 20 questions.

The initial application led to a screening phone call. During that phone call a video interview was scheduled. Before the interview, an email with a written test of basic emergency medicine knowledge was sent. The interview started minutes after I sent it back and took 10-15 minutes (pretty standard interview questions). The interviewer was direct about what to expect following the interview (when/if a job offer would come, etcetera) and answered all my questions.

Straightforward interview process. They were great at welcoming and answering my follow up questions. I left the interview more hopeful to get the job than I was entering the interview.

The process was straight forward, started with EMT basic knowledge assessment then with typical interview questions (introduce yourself, how to handle conflict). HR was very professional and quick to response.
