Initial Contact: A recruiter or HR representative reaches out, often via email or phone, to discuss the role, confirm interest, and gather basic information. This may include a brief phone screen to assess skills and cultural fit. First-Round Interview: Typically a one-on-one or panel interview (in-person, phone, or video) with a hiring manager or team member. It focuses on your background, skills, and behavioral questions (e.g., "Tell me about a time you solved a problem"). Technical roles may include a skills test or coding challenge.

Got to the third and final round (sort of). Recruiter screen, interview with hiring manager, interview with manager's peer, and third round with someone who I also believe was the manager's peer. It was a very drawn out process with weeks in between each stage and waiting to hear something. I never got the third round interview scheduled. The recruiter reached out to me weeks after my second round for my availability, we confirmed a time over email and she said she'd follow up with details, and never did. I had grown tired of the process so did not follow up. Recruiter seemed kind, but maybe overworked.
