I applied online in August and was sent an online questionnaire , a pre-requirement for all applicants. There were very similar tasks that questioned your response to various situations and also about your personality. Two weeks later, I received an email inviting me to a group interview. Dress in professional business attire, keep it sleep black and white. It was held at a hotel and there were around 20-24 people, split onto 4 tables.
They played many inspiring videos about the Tiffany brand and culture. There were 3 activities, the first was to be paired with a partner and then sharing 5 things with each other such as hobbies and interest and then to share them with the group. The next activity was scenario based, there you get a card that says what type of role you are playing (for example a group of teenage girls looking for a present) and you take turns with your partner selling and buying. The last activity was a whole table group activity where we had to brainstorm what exceptional customer service means. Make sure to always direct your focus back onto the customer and remember to be assertive when discussing but not too aggressive.
After the interview, I got an email for a background check (applicants are offered a position after background check clears). I received a call from the Sales Manager offering me a position about 1-2 weeks later.

Entretien
The interview process was based on applications submitted through their company website. I was emailed about a week after and scheduled to complete my 1st interview the following week. About 2 weeks after the interview, I was scheduled to return for a 2nd interview. It has been well over a week since the 2nd interview and I have yet to have heard back. No followup thereafter. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Not something you’d expect from LVMH.

Fun interview meeting new people. Since it is a customer facing role, there were a lot of situational questions. They want to gauge how you will work with customers and upsell items.

Entretien
First interview with HR and the final interview with store manager. However, they send general email said I was not successful, they choose someone else. But just found out they publish advertisements to hire people today. Feel confused
