Recruiter contacted me and responded professionally and promptly. Did one phone interview and she was transparent about the role being too junior for me. She sent an update that they will move forward with other candidates but was very professional. My experience as a candidate was just as impressive as my experience as a customer. Bravo!

Interview style is very structured. She provided an outline of her objectives and stuck to the agenda pretty well. Questions were pretty standard for first phone screening.
