I was referred to management for this job by the sales professional who served me. The store manager told me to apply online as well as forward my application to him. I was later contacted by the Sales Supervisor for an interview within the same week. Unlike the previous reviews, I was not asked to attend a "job fair", despite the store manager having described this process to me when I met him in store. The interview was with two people - supervisor and manager, luckily I had brought with me three copies of my resume. They proceeded to go through my resume and discussed my previous experiences, asking me how it would apply to the position at Tiffany. I was asked a few situational questions. The final ten minutes were about my volunteering and school activities etc. A few days later I received an email requesting information for a background check. Finally, a few days following this I received a call from the Supervisor offering me the job.

The interview process was based on applications submitted through their company website. I was emailed about a week after and scheduled to complete my 1st interview the following week. About 2 weeks after the interview, I was scheduled to return for a 2nd interview. It has been well over a week since the 2nd interview and I have yet to have heard back. No followup thereafter. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Not something you’d expect from LVMH.

Fun interview meeting new people. Since it is a customer facing role, there were a lot of situational questions. They want to gauge how you will work with customers and upsell items.

Entretien
First interview with HR and the final interview with store manager. However, they send general email said I was not successful, they choose someone else. But just found out they publish advertisements to hire people today. Feel confused
