Applied for Seasonal Sales position via the company website. Completed the online skills assessment and was contacted by Human Resource. The HR contact explained the position in detail and I was setup for Group Interview.
On the day of the group Interview - along with 3 other candidates - completed another assessment (shorter than the initial one) and role play on sample calls.
Received conditional offer based on successful completion of Background Check and Drug Screen.

The interview process was based on applications submitted through their company website. I was emailed about a week after and scheduled to complete my 1st interview the following week. About 2 weeks after the interview, I was scheduled to return for a 2nd interview. It has been well over a week since the 2nd interview and I have yet to have heard back. No followup thereafter. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Not something you’d expect from LVMH.

Fun interview meeting new people. Since it is a customer facing role, there were a lot of situational questions. They want to gauge how you will work with customers and upsell items.

First interview with HR and the final interview with store manager. However, they send general email said I was not successful, they choose someone else. But just found out they publish advertisements to hire people today. Feel confused
