I applied for the sales position through the specific mall's website. There was an email address that was provided. I was responded to in about a day or two. I was sent an assessment to complete which was suppose to be 90 minutes (took me about 30). Mostly personality based questions. After completing that I was emailed to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was very quick - I was asked what I currently do in my position & was recommended for the Operations position as the recruiter thought it'd be a better fit for me. I then had to do a whole different assessment for this position. The interview was your basic retail interview. 'Describe a time a customer was unhappy & what you did to fix it' type questions. I was offered the position in the spot.

I applied during holiday season and got an email 2 weeks later and interview with the hiring manager. Went in for the interview and got a phone call a week and a half later for a second round interview.
