I applied online through their website, about a week later I got called in for an interview happening in a couple of days and was asked to bring in 2 references. I got to the store about 10 minutes early met with the hiring manager, she asked me to fill out my availability because it was seasonal position and to wait outside of the store on the bench. Very casual interview, asked basic questions, interviewer was VERY nice. I felt comfortable, after the questions we basically discussed the role of the job and what the next steps were, she said I would hear from her if my references checked out. I got a call 4 days later with the job offer :)

Group interview and the question were pretty easy. In small groups, we were asked to choose a product in the store and do a little commercial for it. It was fun
