There were two interviews, the phone and the group interview at the body shop location. We were group into two's and were asked questions on the values of the body shop and a description of ourselves

I was asked a few basic questions by phone and then asked to come in for a laid back face-to-face interview. I was then asked to come back for the shop floor trial with the other interview candidates where we had to perform a series of tasks. It took them 3 weeks to send me a rejection email which I thought was very poor.
