Whole process took around a month, which idk, could be expected for this kind of role? Was very pleasant; the manager was lovely as was the rest of the team. It was a positive experience. Role play as assistant manager where I had to brief the team on the KPIs for the day (15/20 mins) and then achieve them.

Normal questions were asked of me, including my experience, "what would you do" and "what have you done" situation-based questions, management style, how I plan on driving sales, my customer service skills, "downtime" work, delegating tasks, holding to goals etc.
