I had a positive experience! There were a total of two interviews. The first interview last an hour and a half. This was conducted by the plant manager, who was extremely knowledgeable! He highlighted the problems, yet was able to provide a solid solution. With willingness to gain new insight! The second interview lasted roughly 30 minutes. I met with a Senior HR representative. We went through the formal questions. She was very professional and friendly. She sold the company well! I was offered the position at the end of the interview!
