Interview was supposed to be with the HR but the technical supervisor for the position replaced initial interviewer last minute. The man was stern, relentless, and ultimately gave a hard time by asking technical questions to a 2nd year undergrad, expecting a grad answer.

The first round of interviews is an online video interview where the computer gives you a question and you record yourself answering it. This process is extremely impersonal and it is by far the worst "interview" I have had. Recording myself made me extremely anxious and for me, it took away the calming and reassuring aspect of having a human on the other side. I will not be applying to this company again because of the interview system they have.
