Entretien
The process went something like this: Gamification -> FGD and Panel Interview -> Final Panel interview.
Each phase are typically around a month apart, and are conducted offline. I think the interview phase is mostly about personal fit to the company values.

Describe my thesis and what improvements I brought.
I got interviewed until the final round and got rejected at the end because I was an international student. I would've appreciated if they'd informed me during the screening process

Entretien
Great experience overall, I was able to pass the psychological test and the cv screening. The FGD and business case process were challenging but very interesting. We conducted the FGD and business case study in a hotel, which was very generous of them.
