Comfortable interview process focused on a practical, on-the-job take-home assignment, allowing me to demonstrate relevant skills in a realistic context while feeling at ease throughout the discussion and evaluation.
Interviewers were encouraging.

Entretien
1.HR Screening
2.Coffee chat - with scrum master and 1 technical member - mostly behavioural and past projects
3. technical - with 2 engineers.
So unprofessional behaviour by ghosting after technical round. The technical round itself ended midway within the 1 hour timeslot. After multiple follow up emails for 2 weeks , they come up with silly reasons like team requirements have changed at the moment and would like to consider for another role within the organization after making candidates wait for a long time with no update.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Simple Kubernetes questions - not very complicated.

The interview process lasted over a month, starting with a 15-minute HR call and ending with a 25-minute team interview/coffee chat. The process felt as if the position wasn’t a priority.
The second interview began with introductions and information about the company, followed by a few questions about my most recent project. Nothing technical was asked, aside from general questions about the programming languages and monitoring tools I’ve used.
Two days after the interview, I reached out for an update and received a rejection email shortly after. When I asked for feedback, the interviewer mentioned I lacked experience with Kubernetes, which surprised me since no technical questions were asked beyond my recent project, which i gave a summary.
