Phone call with recruiter, then recruiting manager, then VP, and then people in the role followed by a face to face. Next steps would have been to interview with the client

Nothing out of the ordinary until I came to meet in person. I am a season professional and I was immediately discriminated against and ended the interview within 10 minutes of the face to face.

Entretien
I had an initial interview with a recruiter from their HR department. After a couple of weeks I had phone interviews with 3 different people from upper management. Finally I had a face to face with my eventual boss. After about 3 months I was offered a position. They had a very detailed and structured interview process that had targeted questions with a lot of situational questions.
