Cover letter and CV through their website. Was offered a phone interview for either 2 or 3 days time. Asked how long the interview would be and didn't hear back. The phone interview itself wasn't with someone in the Communications team. After the questions and answers, it turns out the job they were interviewing me for was at final stage interview anyway, so a waste of my time. Questions were very generic - how do you like to work, etc. Nothing specific to the role. I was told I'd hear if they had any similar roles come up.
