Sorry to read this review and although we take all feedback as valuable, we do invest in our people and currently running career growth week which is to actively encourage our colleagues to take ownership of their career so our focus on people progression and internal mobility continues to be a focus for our globally. The Netherlands office remains one of our larger offices and we continue to evolve and learn having recently (1 year ago) become a public company. Operational efficiency and cost management form an important factor but our people are the core of what we do. Springer Nature provides a wealth of opportunities for all employees to stretch their horizons. You just have to seize the opportunity.
