Entretien
SpotMe has one of the more comprehensive interview processes I've experienced, which can be a good thing. I applied online, then I was sent a list of interview questions to answer. This was followed by a short back and forth email discussion with the hiring manager before getting an invitation for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was laid back and very enjoyable since it was more of a conversation, rather than getting quizzed on the spot. I was asked to answer traditional interview questions.
This was followed by an over the phone interview with a high-level executive. He asked high-level questions like "What motivates you?" "What makes you a leader?" etc..
During the second in-person interview, I met with a senior project manager who asked me role specific questions.
Overall, the process was quick, and their team was very open and easy to talk to.

Entretien
There was 3 interviews in total in my interview process: - 1 interview with an HR representative - If you make it to the second round, you will have one case study to do on your own using the main tool used by PMs. It should take between 1 hour and 3 hours - Then you will have an interview with the Operation Lead to discuss your case study and get more questions - The third round was 1 interview with Chief Operating Officer

After an initial call, I was given a short challenge that I then had to present in front of my future team-mates. The team was friendly and it was a great overall experience.

Entretien
One interview by video with a couple of questions, around 1 h more or less. I read comments and open letter from SpotMe CEO (following bad comments and reviews of the company on GlassDorr if I record well...) before applying to this job. After a video interview, the recruiter told me that within a couple of days, my profile would be reviewed and a feedback would be given. After a couple of day, I chased this person to know if my profile was considered and since then... no response. Pure ghosting annoying to have lost couple of hours to prepare and attend the video interview plus very disrespectful. Not fitting a job is one thing, Getting back to people is a minimum according to me. There is no need to write down a complete letter explaining how you consider people and treating them this way SpotMe.
