I got 100% on Codility test. Then there was a face to face interview with software development manager, who gave me another set of puzzles. Apparently I solved them all. Then I was offered a job, and I accepted. Then they started to prepare the contract. After 2 months I learned they will not hire me due to "top management decision". The top management (CTO) did not respond.
