Entretien
There are two stages for the interviews - one with a recruiter over the phone and one with your potential team in person in Dallas, TX. Your 'team' could be comprised of anywhere between 1 and 8 people.

Depending on the position, they may ask you more technical questions - but they will often ask about what makes Southwest important to you, etc.

Entretien
I had a wonderful experience throughout the entire interview process. The first step was a phone call interview and from there I was brought into the headquarters for an in-person interview. They made me feel extremely comfortable and it was more of a conversation than an interview.
