2 stage - basic interview and presentation - basic review of the CV and experience - followed by competency based interview - no verbal or psyc tests. Asked to prepare a presentation on how would drive brand standards and measure it - panel interview - HR and ops - and then 20 mins with the MD - as a sense check - asked how would manage budget and P and L and what levers would pull to drive margin.

The hiring process started with a phone interview with a recruiter, then with the hiring manager, next I met with the client, and then an offer was extended.
