I had an initial interview with the Talent recruiter. I then interviewed with the Portfolio Director, COO, Principal consultant and the last step was a presentation to two Sr. Engagement Managers.

I had a 6 interviews with representatives from all levels throughout the organization. The interview process was thorough and provided me a lot of good insights about the organization. In addition to reviewing background experience and current skills, I appreciate that Silverline focuses on finding candidates that are a strong cultural fit for the organization.
